Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your login, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Aleen provides educational fitness and nutrition coaching. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication dosing or changes, emergency services, psychotherapy, or a clinician-patient relationship.

• Never start, stop, change, or time medication based on Aleen. Ask the prescribing clinician.
• If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, breastfeeding, injured, symptomatic, managing a diagnosed condition, or have medical restrictions, consult an appropriately qualified clinician before starting or changing a plan.
• Stop exercise and seek appropriate care for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, severe or unusual pain, or another possible emergency. In the United States call 911; for a mental-health crisis call or text 988.

If Aleen ever appears to give medical advice or treatment instructions, do not follow it. Report the message to safety@aleen.fit and consult a qualified clinician. Read our Safety & Medical Boundary.

Exercise carries risks, including injury and rare serious events. Nutrition estimates are approximations and are not a clinical diet prescription. You decide whether conditions, equipment, technique, food, and your current health make an activity appropriate. Use proper form, suitable loads, and safe equipment.

Aleen does not guarantee that any food suggestion is free from allergens or cross-contamination. Check labels, ingredients, preparation, and professional allergy guidance. Aleen is not intended to support an eating disorder, dangerous restriction, purging, or rapid-weight manipulation.

Plans are personalized from the information and logs available to Aleen, but estimates, exercise classifications, food data, AI responses, and inferences may be incomplete or wrong. Review the plan, keep your profile current, and use judgment.

Results vary with adherence, health, sleep, nutrition, training history, medication, genetics, and many other factors. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, a particular result, or a particular timeline. The AI coach may make mistakes and may not remember or understand context correctly.

You may use Aleen only for your personal, lawful use. You may not:

• attempt to bypass safety, consent, authentication, rate, or access controls;
• scrape, resell, reverse engineer, copy, or misuse plans, content, software, or datasets except where law expressly permits;
• upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious material; or
• use Aleen to give another person medical care or professional treatment.

If Aleen offers a paid subscription, the purchase screen will show the price, billing period, trial terms if any, and renewal terms before purchase. App-store subscriptions renew until canceled through Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the Aleen account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription. Refunds are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law.

Aleen and its licensors own the app, software, branding, plan logic, and supplied content. We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the service while these Terms apply. You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it only to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict or terminate an account for material breach, abuse, fraud, legal risk, or risk to users or the service. You may stop using Aleen, withdraw health-data consent, or delete your account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleen is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from reliance on an AI or plan output. Any aggregate monetary liability will not exceed the amount you paid Aleen in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, contact legal@aleen.fit and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive rights that applicable consumer law gives you. The law and courts that apply will be determined by mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction.

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms with notice; material changes apply prospectively and require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
